  2. Customized Sourcing Strategy: After a signed agreement, we begin to put together our custom sourcing strategy built for your needs. We send a few sample profiles to your hiring team to ensure we are aligned. Then we do what we do best.   3. Rigorous Candidate Screening & Presentation: Finding the right talent goes beyond reading and forwarding a resume. We get to know our candidates on the same level as our clients. We dig deep to understand motivators, adaptability, culture fit, and why your opportunity is the right next opportunity for them.
  4. Interview Coordination & Feedback: We are with you every step of the way and handle the challenges of coordinating interviews, getting/sharing feedback, and being a partner through the entire process. 
  5. Offer Negotiation & Closing: The offer stage shouldn't be a hold your breath and cross your fingers moment. By understanding our candidate's motivating factors and what they are truly looking for in their next opportunity, we realign after each step of the interview to make sure there are no surprises when it comes to offer time. Our transparent approach has led to us averaging below 1 declined offer a year.
